How to fill SSC OTR form

Fill in your name, date of birth, gender, father’s name, mother’s name, and other basic information as per your 10th certificate.

Enter your mobile number and a valid email ID. You will receive an OTP on both for verification.

Create a username and password for future logins. Keep them safe for accessing your account later.

Upload scanned copies of your:

• Passport-size photograph
• Signature
